WhatsApp. Best for one question with a short answer. If it needs a document, a deck or a thread, send it as email instead, because that is where it will end up anyway.

Not to be difficult. So you do not spend a week waiting for an answer you can already predict.
- Free strategy calls, unpaid audits, and "just twenty minutes to pick your brain".
- Guest posts, link exchanges, and anything with the word "collaboration" and no specifics under it.
- Running campaigns, buying media, or managing social accounts. That is agency work and I am not an agency.
- Being introduced to a company as an advisor in exchange for equity and no scope.
- Reviewing a deck under NDA before there is anything to review.
Response
When you will hear back.
Sunday to Thursday, usually within two working days. If a week passes, the email did not arrive or it landed in the wrong place. Send it again rather than assuming a verdict.
