Workshops, panels, and podcasts, in Arabic or English, for businesses in
Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. The subject is the one I consult on: a marketing
function with a name beside the number.
Six subjects. Each one is already in a workshop or an episode below. If
the room needs something else, I will say so before I accept.
Building the marketing department.
The structure comes before the campaigns. Who owns the number, and what
has to exist before anyone is hired.
Marketing that sells, and marketing that stays busy.
The difference is a number with a person's name on it.
The numbers before the spend.
Three figures worth knowing before a riyal goes out, and how to tell a
clarity metric from a vanity one.
What to do before you hire.
The lean structure for a business under 50 people, and whether a young
company should hire a marketer yet.
A strategy on one page.
Two channels, and one review cycle, so the page stays a working document.
Personal branding and a professional digital presence.
What to put in public so the right people, and the right organizations,
can find the work.

Where I have spoken.
Newest first. The Rowad AlUla line is mentoring, not a talk.

· Workshop
Personal Branding and Building a Professional Digital Presence
Fatat Al-Ahsa Association, in Al-Ahsa. Day 4 of their program.
A professional digital presence that puts participants in front of
the right opportunities, people, and organizations.
Personal branding, a professional reputation, LinkedIn, how to
present experience, a network, reaching employers, and what to do
with little experience yet. Each person left with a headline, a
bio, a profile, three content ideas, a target list, and a
networking message. AI was used to review the profile, suggest
edits, draft ideas, personalize the message, try it on a simulated
recipient, and read the presence the way an employer would.

· Panel
Al-Ahsa Chamber
A panel at Sanad Association's workshop at the Al-Ahsa Chamber.
On the panel with me: Fatat Al-Ahsa Association and Numu Association.
Send the event, the date, the city or that it is online, who will be in
the room, the format, and the topic. A workshop, a keynote, a panel, or a
podcast, in Arabic or English. Those lines get a faster answer than a page
of context.
Sunday to Thursday, usually within two working days.
